Reviewed Pizza Dough

Dough would not come together no matter how much water I added, it kept cracking. I don't think this dough would work for anyone, you need some type of sugar to activate the yeast. I was hoping it was this simple - but it is just not. Just wasted 5 cups of flour and a pack of yeast. Sorry Giada, usually you are spot on, maybe you missed a pie...
