Reviewed Chocolate Caramel Peanut Truffles

My first time making truffles and these turned out great!! I followed the recipe and kept heat on low and everything turned out fine. The sugar will eventually melt but it takes patience to not turn the heat up to make it go faster. I got a lot of compliments on these!! "

Amazing!! I made the recipe as is. You don't have to use a double boiler for the chocolate just keep it on low and continue to stir and it will not burn. It is a little difficult to cut but if you use a large kitchen knife and cut through top lay once then go back across again it works fine."
