Reviewed roast beef with gravy

We really didn't care for this method of cooking a roast. Thought I'd give it a try because it looked nice and easy, but it seemed more like steamed/boiled meat than a nice browned roast. The flavor of the meat was fine, but the gravy definitely had a vinegar taste and I had even cut back on the amount of vinegar required.
