This recipe is both delicious and easy to make. Definitely use a 9" springform pan. It's deeper and holds the crumb topping very nicely. And DON'T skimp on the amount of topping. It is perfect. I lined my pan with parchment. I used frozen blueberries dusted with flour. When the berries are frozen there is less chance of the batter turning b"
