"When I made this I needed way more than 8 egg roll wrappers which I wasn't complaining because these were "off the hook"! I didn't use shredded cheese I took a slice of smoked provolone and put that on the egg roll wrapper and then added the meat and rolled it up! The cheese melted perfectly throughout the whole egg roll and made it cheesy and goo"
