"Hands down the best recipe for fish tacos I"ve ever had and i am a fish taco self described connoisseur. Make it exactly how Tyler's recipe is written. My teenager who wont eat anything fish (and fruit salsa she shuns) actually ate these and loved them. We had enough left over for next day lunch- just as good next day. I've tried a handful of recipes by Tyler- dishes I might not have made otherwise, and have found that he has not steered me wrong. These were just as big a hit as his recipe for chicken and dumplings. Only negative I can say is it usually takes me longer to make dish than recipe predicts. This recipe I recommend an extra pair of hands for ease in chopping ingredients for salsa. Truly delicious recipe- every bit! Dont skimp or leave anything out if you can!"
