MAKE THESE...They are fantastic! The poultry rub recipe is also known as "16 Spice Rub for Poultry". You can buy it pre-made or find this recipe (below) on Bobby's website (www . bobbyflay . com). I always have a batch on hand and use it for several recipes. If you aren't a fennel lover, just leave it out for a 15 spice rub :)!
