"MAKE THESE...They are fantastic! The poultry rub recipe is also known as "16 Spice Rub for Poultry". You can buy it pre-made or find this recipe (below) on Bobby's website (www . bobbyflay . com). I always have a batch on hand and use it for several recipes. If you aren't a fennel lover, just leave it out for a 15 spice rub :)!

Reviewed Crab Cakes

"These crab cakes are fantastic and very simple to make. I have had several requests for these when friends are coming for dinner. I serve this with a garlic-chive sauce that is a nice fresh compliment to the crab cakes - and also very simple to make. Here is the recipe if you want to give it a whirl! Happy Eating!

Garlic-Chive Sauce:
3/4 Cup Light Sour Cream
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Tbl. Fresh Chives, Chopped
3/4 Tsp. Lemon Zest
1 1/2 Tbl. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Pepper
Directions:
Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill for 30 minutes before serving.

"This chicken recipe has become a staple in my kitchen. It is absolutely delicious, elegant and simple to make. Everyone I have served it to requests it again and again. I have also used this basic recipe with bone-in chicken breasts and it turns out wonderfully - simply lay the chicken breasts bone side down on the onions, coat with butter and seasonings and then lay lemon slices on top - bake and enjoy!
