Reviewed Panko-Crusted Cod Sandwiches with Chipotle Mayonnaise
"This is the second time I have made this recipe and my husband, son and I just love it. I do not make the sandwiches. I am only speaking to the fried fish and being that we are up here in the Seattle area we either put just a squeeze of lemon on the fish (me) or use Ivar's tarter sauce.
The fish is crunchy and not greasy. I serve it with steamed broccoli, again with just a squeeze of lemon. Delicious!
