"I have about a dozen Emeril recipes that I make regularly and many more that I've tried and enjoyed. However, this one will not be one of them. Very bland, very dry. It should have been spicy, but wasn't. Followed the recipe exactly, but just didn't work for us. I'm not even sure what I can recommend to improve it. Just... bland. "
