Reviewed Real Meatballs and Spaghetti

I've made these a few times and they are a consistent home run.
It is fun to taste the sauce every now and then, as the flavors develop. Yum!
I simmer mine covered for a few hours and cut the salt in half for both the meatballs and sauce. I also added basil along with the sauce's parsley, but that's just me.

My wife really loved it and she is not a big salmon fan. Salmon without a fishy taste, was her description.
Cooked under 15 minutes on the Weber BBQ Grill, a ways from the hot coals, on the indirect heat side.
We had ours with a baked potato, steamed asparagus and a simple Caesar salad.
