Just put it in the fridge will bake tomorrow. Tasted the "batter" a little and it is amazing. Not overly sweet. The honey gives it a warmth. I used 5 croissants and didn't drain the liquid from the berries. Gave it a nice purple color and the extra croissant will help soak up the extra fluid. So excited for tomorrow :)""

Just made this ahead for thanksgiving and I just popped it in the oven. It is so good and it's not even finished baking yet! Only thing I couldn't find chestnut, after two supermarket visits I gave up and I didn't feel like going up the block to get it from the steet vendor in the cold icy rain, I just used pecans. ""
