"Flavor is excellent. Another awesome RR creation. Filled our apartment with a rich, wonderful aroma. Great recipe to cook on a rainy day with a hint of coolness in the air. Recipe needs correction because doesn't indicate amount of ketchup to use. I missed that part of the show, so I guessed about 2 T ketchup. That worked fine. I can't comment "
Reviewed Sausage Lasagna
"For a healthier version, this recipe has a lot of flavor and awesome texture just like full-fat lasagna. I pretty much followed the recipe and it was fairly easy. I didn't use as much basil as suggested, because my family members are very sensitive to herb flavors. Be sure to cover as recipe directs...I forgot to, and it toasted my top layer of Barilla no-cook lasagna sheets. Overall, I really enjoyed and would try again with other vegetable variations but keep the low fat italian sausage, because that provided great flavor.
