Reviewed Good Eats Roast Turkey

I have made this Turkey for 5 years now and have carried the brining portion of the recipe over to roasted chickens and duck. Everyone I have served say it is the most beautiful and delicious turkey they have had. Speaking of which I have one in the oven right now and it is time to reduce the temp to 350 >)"
