Reviewed Carrot Cake Recipe

This is the best carrot cake recipe I have ever used. I used a 13X9 pan. I used organic whole spelt flour, grapeseed oil, and organic cane sugar. I also used organic butter instead of the margarine and added a few drops of orange juice to the frosting. Using the whole spelt flour made the cake a little more dense but that was fine. Got rave review"
