Is 5 stars all I can give this? Truly tasty and very well complimented by all. Easy to make, quick to bake, delicious. Not sure why you would mess with this recipe, make it as it is written. Served it for a girls brunch instead of the "traditional" egg casserole. Good one to keep on file. Thank you Giada, so glad I saw this re-run last week!"

Seriously fantastic potato salad. Followed the recipe exactly and wouldn't change a thing, except that it would have been too "saucy" if I had used all of the dressing. Really, really good."

2nd update: regarding calorie count here's what I figured out to the best of my ability. This is without any of the fruit because I don't like it that way.
181 cals per 1/4 cup
12 fat per 1/4 cup
So, it is a little high but when something's this good, who cares?

Just made this and it's seriously awesome granola. Definitely needs to be stirred every 10 minutes while cooking and I also stirred it while cooling, otherwise I think you would end up with big clumps. I used raw almonds and cashews and they toasted up nicely while cooking. Couldn't find unsweetened coconut but sweetened worked just fine. Only"

A good recipe to start with. Definitely needed to add salt to it. Also thought it could use a little more "punch" so next time I am going to use fire roasted tomatoes for the 14 oz size. Probably some cayenne too. Love all the beans and the beer gives it a good taste. "

Off the charts good! Super easy, although I did find it took a little longer than he suggested. (6 servings is more like it). I also toast my baguette before I put the cheese on to melt it - it just hold up better that way."
