These were very intense. Too sweet and too much lemon. We left out a whole cup of sugar and they were still too sweet. "

Every time I owe my husband a gift, he asks for peach pie. Last time, I made this instead. It has supplated the peach pie as our favorite! It's easier, lower in fat and sooo yummy! I didn't have any bourbon, but didn't miss it. ""

Reviewed Chickpea Spread with Sesame Seed Paste: Hummus bi Tahina

My go to hummus recipe. We add roasted red peppers or, if we want it spicy, some adobo sauce. Nice texture. It's a good way to add some raw veggies to our diet."

Very nice cake. The texture was moist and springy. The flavor was nothing special. Next time I'll try using more cocoa powder. I'll definately use again!"

Too intense and too sweet for me. It has a nice texture though. I may try it again with less lemon and sugar. "

Reviewed Candy Corn

Yup, it tastes like candy corn, which is why I gave it only 4 stars (I'm not a big fan). Ours turned out thicker than Alton's so we had to work fast. If we had cooled it for 15 minutes as the recipe suggests, we would not have been able work it. It was a fun rainy day activity to do with our 9 year old.

So good, so easy!

OK folks, give up on the microwave bags! I love my Power Pop microwave popper. Easy, cheap and no chemicals. Two minutes and it's done! I put the popcorn in a big bowl, then shake to make the seeds fall to the bottom. Then I scoop out handfulls into another bowl and leave the seeds behind. I make 1/2 batch...
