Reviewed christmas chutney

Very nice chutney and a perfect accompaniment to ham. I made it the day prior to serving to allow the flavors some time to meld and it turned out wonderfully. I made the recipe exactly as stated. I set aside a bit for dinner then canned the rest of of it in half-pint jars and gave it away to my dinner guests, as this makes enough to feed an army.

Fantastic recipe. It wasn't overpoweringly sweet, and the texture kept it interesting. It is a bit spicy, so if you don't like heat, tone down the spices.
