Reviewed Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

I made some tweaks due to allergies. I used soy cream cheese b/c I'm allergic to most forms dairy...but not the Parmesan - go figure. Used egg-free mayo. Instead of sour cream, I used the entire 8oz b/c the extra 2oz is equal to 1/4 cup of the cream cheese and added a dash of lemon juice for the touch of sour. Then, I used fresh baby spinach a"
