"Super simple and delicious! I made it exactly like the recipe and used a good wjite wine vinegar. It had a creamy texture and was delicious! No vinegary taste like some of the other reviews. I will definitely make this again. I'll NEVER use another ricotta for my homemade lasagna. ""
