This is my favorite cobbler of all I've tried! NOTED other reviews stating to bake at 350 DEGREES, so I did. I also increased size by 1/3, so the higher temp may help for the larger size also. This recipe is simple. Peaches are on the bottom. Top is a nice, somewhat cake-like consistency. I've never used corn starch this way, but it worked....
