Hilarious! And yes, sad that we need to remind those family members how we used to do it in the olden days."

I love this one! Fast, easy, and doesn';t take a million ingredients. I made it in my Vitamix so everything was blended smooth and I didn';t have to heat it on the stove. I felt like it needed more flavor in the end though. I added some lime juice, lots of cilantro, salt, and crushed tortilla chips. I thought it was terrific!"

I have to admit I changed this up quite a bit but it was absolutely delicious. (I kind of hate when people review a recipe, give it only 3 stars, and list the 15 different changes they made! But this recipe was great as is. However, I just had extra things lying around that I decided to use as well.) I used frozen pineapple, one banana, 1/4 C...

Wow, these were awesome! I used gorgonzola crumbles instead of parmesan because that's what I had, plus I thought it would jazz up the flavor a bit. I blended it up in my Vitamix on a low speed and it worked perfectly.

This is absolutely perfect! My 7 year old daughter wolfed them down in no time. I tossed the ingredients in a ziploc bag to ensure they were evenly coated, then cooked them at 350 for 18 minutes. They were still too hard after 15 minutes so I let them go a few more and after 18 minutes they were that perfect tender-crisp consistency. No other...

"This is a soup recipe you make in your high speed blender (Vitamix, Blendtec, or similar.) I've been tweaking the Taco Soup recipe on the Vitamix web site for weeks now and I've finally come up with my favorite version. It's delicious, super healthy, and easy to make before you head out the door for a busy day."

"This is a perfect introduction to green smoothies! It's sweet, tropical, and delicious. You'll never taste the spinach, I promise. Even if you are an experienced green smoothie drinker, this one is just amazingly good! As you become accustomed to greens in your smoothies try experimenting with other greens besides spinach. I love arugula in th..."

Wow, this was really great and it smelled fantastic while it was cooking. The only thing that didn't work so well for me was that the chicken skin stuck to the bottom of the pan so when I flipped the thighs over the skin all came off. Otherwise it was very easy and even my picky 7-year old said it was yummy."

This was really good! I'm not a big fan of the flavor of banana in general so I only used half a banana and two dollops of plain nonfat yogurt to make it creamy."

I'm not that great of a cook and even I found this pretty easy to make! I found some round zucchini at my local farmer's market (they look like billiard balls) and they were perfect for stuffing, but I've also made this with regular long zucchini a few times too. It's really satisfying and the lamb with mint is sooooooo wonderful. I've also add"
