Reviewed Hurry Up Chicken Pot Pie

"I LOVE this recipe! It is quick and easy to make. To make it even easier, I use a rotisserie chicken from the store. To start, I saute use two carrots and two sticks of celery for 20 minutes on medium heat. I then throw 1/2 a white onion into the pan for the final few minutes. I add the chicken into a round, glass casserole dish. Then add the veggie mixture on top. Next goes 1/2 small can of peas and 3/4 large can of corn. Next the soup/chicken broth mixture on top of the chicken and veggies. I like to grab a spoon and just dig holes for the 'gravy' to seep into. Next comes the bisquick mix (it is sooooooo good!) I add lots of pepper to the mix and I use about 1/4 cup of butter on top and it is delicious.
Don't worry if your like me and want to add more bisquick mix on top (although I wouldn't go crazy with it haha!) This will affect the amount of time it takes to cook but it's worth it!"
