Reviewed Molasses Coffee Marinated Pork Chops
"Quite superb and so simple. The sauce is NOT too sweet nor does it taste burnt in any way. Have faith in the miracle that is Alton Brown!
The chops were moist and the sauce added a pleasant sweetness. I served them with a green salad, punctuated with cilantro and almonds,corn on the cob and a bottle of rose. Yummy all the way around. Man is my wife lucky! :
