Wow. So easy to prepare, and definitely company worthy. I personally do not care for the "raw" texture of prosciutto, so I lightly browned it before putting it on the chicken. The arugula is a key ingredient, so please do not skip or substitute. Thank you, Bobby for a healthier version of chicken cordon bleu, I liked this one MUCH better."
