Reviewed Panettone Bread Pudding with Amaretto Sauce

"This is by far the BEST bread pudding I have ever made. It was our Christmas dessert. I was so glad there was left overs too! Heats up really good. The sauce is what makes it. Had a hard time findling Panettone Bread in our town. There is a specialty Italian store 50 miles away, luckily a co-worker was going there and picke it up for me. Will defintely make again!

Reviewed Squash Soup

"Yummy tum tum!!! The only thing I did different was add another cup of chicken stock. It seemed really thick. Thought maybe my squash was just meatier. But other than that this is easy, good gourmet eating. Made Parmesan Peppercorn bread to go with it. Topped the soup with crispy fried Prosciutto( as seen in Foodnetwork Magazine
