Really enjoyed these. Used panko breadcrumbs and I did not add any salt. This recipe is much better than another one on this site (fried zucchini strips). Need to go buy more zucchini ASAP!

I was very surprised at how disappointed I was with this recipe. I used chicken wings instead of legs. It marinated 24 hours then I cooked them on the grill. There were very few bites that I could actually taste any citrus. I don't know what went wrong.
