Excellent! I reduced the sauce recipe so I could use it all up in one go (the recipe serves two, seemed accurate). It was about 1/4 cup of tamarind water, palm sugar and water to start. I used a bit more tamarind paste to make my water.. for 1/4 c of tamarind water I used about 1/3 cup or more of paste and water to make something along the lines of...

I used half milk for the stock as I wanted a creamier polenta. It was absolutely delicious. I almost want it at every meal... I have stored the leftovers in a flat container and will cut it in rectangles and fry them for something totally different. "

D-licious!! My first time as well with mustard greens. I used pancetta and balsamic vinegar (cause that's what I had) , started the whole thing off with well browned onion. Wonderful. I will definitely be picking up these greens on a regular basis. Thanks Rachael!"

This is a fantastic recipe that I made years ago and have never forgotten. A little labor intensive, but a real winner, and not as much of a pain as the ingredient list would lead you to believe."

So dang good! I don't know why it doesn't occur to people (me) how you can make certain staples at home so easily and sooo deliciously. This was absolutely delicious and with my tasty orange blossom honey, even better. Thanks Alton for another winner!
