Excellent! I reduced the sauce recipe so I could use it all up in one go (the recipe serves two, seemed accurate). It was about 1/4 cup of tamarind water, palm sugar and water to start. Oh.. and used double the garlic, it wasn't even noticeable but, I'm sure 1 tsp is way too little.
