Reviewed Honey Roasted Sweet Potatoes
"These were fantastic, and so easy to make! I made them as a side to accompany pork tenderloin. I followed the recipe, but used a bit more salt for my taste. With a parchment paper lined baking sheet, they cooked evenly with very little cleanup. The flavor of the sweet potatoes concentrates beautifully with the roasting. I'll definitely make these "
