"We got tons of zucchini last week from our farm share and I tried to figure out different thing to make. I'm the worst baker but decided to try it. EXCELLENT reviews from everyone I shared with. I added lemon zest and used cinnamon pecans. Both loaves came out perfect after a little added oven time. Can't wait to make again!!"
