My dream is to be on the "Next Foodnetwork Star". This summer I have been writing a cookbook; hopefully I can finish it during the winter season. I love to open my mind to different types of foods, ingredients, and sauces. What inspires me to cook is the smell and taste of the food. I would love to show the professionals on Foodnetwork my talent at the age of twelve.Hopefully they will enjoy the food I make as much as I do.
Favorite Foods
My favorite foods are Irish, Chinese, Italian, Cuban, and Greek. My famous dish is my stuffed shells with 3 different types of cheeses and homemade tomato sause.My favorite resturants are the Feilds an Irish pub , and RioCrestal a Cuban cuisin resturant both in Florida.
