This dough is simply heaven to work with. It is so soft and delicate. I keep waxed floss in the kitchen just to cut dough like this as a knife is simply not the proper tool for the job. I am not sure why anyone would consider using a bread machine or bread flour for this dough because it completly changes the finished product. If your new to baking...
