Reviewed Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta
" Easy and Delicious....Especially for people who are being introduced to brussel sprouts for the first time. I made this recipe two years ago for Thanksgiving, wanting to try something new. People in my family who don't even like brussel sprout LOVED this recipe!! The Kids were even eating it. I will say though the online recipe varies from the one in Giadas' cookbook. The brussel sprouts need to be cooked a bit longer and I recommend removing the pancetta before you add the chicken stock so it stays crispy but otherwise this is a fantastic edition to Thanksgiving dinner!!!
