"Perfect Pizza!!! Love this show and Alton is a genius! I did try the Tbls. of Kosher salt just like the recipe, but I guess my brand of kosher salt was still too salty. The time I tried it with less salt it was just perfect... thanks for the technique and recipe- no more store bought for me!
