Reviewed The Best Bread Pudding

"I would give this zero stars if I could. This is horrible. Way too much sugar even before you add the sauce. I even cut back on the sugar after reading the other reviews. I couldn't eat it, and I love desserts and sweet things.

I'm really surprised this was posted as a recipe. Very poor. What a waste of ingredients. "

Reviewed Creamy Hash Brown Casserole

"My family has been making this for my entire life, but I was never given the recipe. This is a great dish with something like meatloaf or meatballs (my family always made it with BBQ Meatballs. It's a crowd pleasing dish, and it's great for leftovers.

This is a delicious recipe on it's own, but you can make it your own by tweaking it with meats or/and veggies.

I have one friend who makes this with cube frozen potatoes and adds chicken and poppy seeds. It's great. I sometimes mix in or use entirely the fried onions on top instead of potato chips.

Also, I'm not a huge cream of chicken fan so I use the cream of celery or cream of mushroom. "

Reviewed Korean-Style Pork Wraps with Chili Sauce

"I didn't make the wraps. I wanted some pork to make with some fried rice.

I actually made extra marinade and used it in some fried rice. I also added a little extra

***Since my original review, I've made it with beef and chicken, and the beef is outstanding. I usually get some sort of steak I can cut that is relatively tender . Chicken is also great too. "

I, unfortunately, forgot to put cheese into the mixture so I had to sprinkle it on top with the chips. I couldn't mix it in because it would make my potato chip topping soggy.

Still turned out really good. It did have a different consistency though which was fine for my husband and I. I would definitely do it as per the recipe.
