"Taste delic! Had trouble with the saltines & flour not sticking to the buttermilk batter.... and onion. I did use a powdered buttermilk, because i do not always have fresh buttermilk handy. Maybe it is thinny mixing the canned powdered buttermilk then using fresh store bought. Very lite batter tough and I fried what i needed in a cast iron skill""
