Very nice recipe, we enjoyed it. I used corn starch to thicken it, to reduce calories a bit, (corn starch has twice the thickening power of flour, so use less). I added 2Tbsp of capers in the last few minutes. Quick recipe, fit for company."

I made this pie yesterday and wanted to eat half of it then! Easiest dessert I have ever made. The variations are unlimited. I used lemon zest and a drop of lemon extract as well. Any extracts can be added as well as the vanilla. I plan to put coconut in the next one and melted chocolate chips and call it an Almond Joy pie. I do not believe...
