About Me

I have been cooking since I was a child.

I am an intermediate cook.

I have a BS degree with 2 minors, one being in

Food and Nutrition.

My mother taught me about cooking and how to cook.

And the college food labs were invaluable.

I am always astonished to learn that people

don't know the basics, including how to measure!
