I've now made this several times - such a quick, easy recipe to make after working all day. The first time I made it, followed the recipe exactly, but found that cooking the entire lemon in wedges with the chicken made it a little too bitter for my taste. So now, I use only 1/2 lemon, peeled and wedged. Much better!"

These are delicious! Followed the recipe exactly, cookies came out looking just like the pic. Shared some with my neighbor, and I do believe her little girl ate half of them before she even got them home!

A definite keeper.

Good recipe, but WAY too much salt - even if you use sea salt or kosher salt. That 1 tablespoon of salt caught my eye immediately; I used half the amount of kosher salt (1 1/2 teaspoons) and it was fine for my taste.
