“Wonderful recipe! I've made this at least a dozen times. My adjustments - I've dropped the thyme but always use the garlic and lemon - they are the key to the tremendous flavor. As for the veggies, we go with carrots, parsnips, onions and potatoes along the bottom of the pan.
Baking at 425 is a bit hot but rather than turn the temperature...”
