"Fantastic recipe! Only used one lb of spinach instead of two, and I think the ratio definitely worked better. Also followed recommendations of other reviewers and put down a layer of tomato sauce and doubled the cream sauce. Also added some diced Roma tomatoes on top before baking. I think next time we make this recipe, I'll add some diced articho""
