"This cake was FANTASTIC! I used freshly picked peaches from a local farm, and they were PERFECT! The cake took a little longer than the prescribed 55 minutes...closer to 70 minutes, I think. I didn't have an 9x9 pan, either, so I used a 9" round cake pan instead. It turned out moist, light and delicious! YUM!"
