I followed this recipe to the T and it was delicious!! I'd love for it for be a touch thicker, but it was so flavorful! I used a whole rotisserie chicken from my local deli. This will definitely be my signature cream of chicken soup recipe. The pot was gone instantly!!!!! "

Really great. SUPER easy and is a dish I'll continue making in the future when I'm short on time. I used boneless, skinless breasts because it's all I had on hand and I was surprised that they still came out very juicy! If you love lemon, you'll love this. ""

This recipe yields PERFECTLY breaded, crispy chicken breasts. I made the salad separate instead of placing it on top of the chicken, and I found that the chicken was lacking enough flavor. I'll use this recipe again, but maybe next time I'll melt parmesan cheese on top or add sauce. ""

Delicious! I've used this recipe three different times for occasions and it's always a big hit. Very moist and tasty. I'll admit, all three times, at least one of the two cakes didn't come out of the pan in one piece - which always gives me a headache. It's simple to patch up though and ice over. ""

Really Good. I was slightly disappointed at first, as they tasted a little bland/dry.. but after a few days - even a week later, I enjoyed them so much more. The flavors came together much better. The cardamom isn't at all overpowering and they are great with tea! Don't hesitate making these too far in advance for the holidays. ""
