Reviewed Chicken Mole Torta

Well not really a mole. Precooking the chicken and using it's broth would have given a better flavor. Ground New Mexico chile adds the heat and color. Should've ground the garlic and spices (using a molcajete is best) and if using green tomatillos best to steam them first. By using chopped red tomatoes it is no longer a Mole.""
