"This was a fantastic recipe! I read other reviews before making it, and several said it needed something more, so I added minced garlic to the vegetable mix, red pepper, and topped it with sauteed shrimp. Lovely! We will definitely try it again. Possibly with seared scallops next time!""

"Absolutely amazing! I've used this recipe 4 or 5 times and it's a hit with everyone! It's fast, easy, and not costly. I rolled my meatballs smaller so I produced 25 to 30 each time. I even used cinnamon in place of nutmeg (because I ran out) once and they were still great! You won't be disappointed!""

Reviewed Beatty's Chocolate Cake

"An outstanding cake! After combining the ingredients the batter looked too thin to me, so I added an extra quarter cup of flour. Other than that I followed the recipe exactly. It turned out great! I can't recall buying or baking a cake so moist! I threw some raspberries on top to garnish it. I will definitely make this one again!

Reviewed Ring of Fire Grilled Chicken

"Excellent Alton! I watched the episode of Good Eats featuring this so I had to try! My chicken was 3 pounds. I used one-third cup of sea salt in the marinade. It was extremely flavorful and moist! Even the chicken breasts! I will keep this one in my recipe box and make it again soon!
