"@FOODisFAB- you gave Emeril 1 star for his recipe when you didn't follow it. It calls for COOKED pasta in the list of ingredients. Next time read the entire recipe through before you start, FOLLOW THE RECIPE and use common sense. I have been making Beef Stroganoff for a long time and this is a standard recipe with that special Emeril touch. It was delicious

Next time read the entire recipe through before you start, FOLLOW THE RECIPE and use common sense.
