Reviewed English Peas

"Can anyone tell me what I'm supposed to do with the paper from the butter wrap that's in the melted butter? Is this a garnish?

Also, in the future can I use margarine? If so, do I wait until the plastic container melts completely before serving?

Reviewed Late Night Bacon

"Found this recipe last night. After a few single malt scotches from a limited edition bottle of Jura, I thought "This totally rocks".

Ran to the corner bodega for a package of bacon and when I got home I realized I was completely out of paper towels. Crisis averted when I just put a roll of toilet paper on top of the package of bacon.

The bacon packaging had melted into a lovely thick béchamel like presentation with the toilet paper and the dish came out quite swimmingly with a nice glass of gewurztraminer.

Thank you Chef Ray for your vast culinary intellect.

"Okay so help me out here. I put the butter in the pot as directed and drained the canned peas by puncturing them with a nail.

How long do I leave the drained cans in the butter?
