Absolutely amazing! Not sure why listed as "intermediate" because it was pretty easy. Maybe the duel frying pans ... anyway - the dish is fantastic. My whole family raved. Follow the times and you will have juicy, fully cooked, fully flavored chicken ... the crust is crunchy by light and not heavy. This is a MUST for any kitchen recipe box. "

This recipe was outstanding! I made it for Monday Night Football guys night and it was a massive hit! Not too salty at all, I followed the recipe exactly and it came out thick and full of amazing flavor. A touch of spice but nothing over powering, great taste, great consistency! This is a major keeper and I am glad I found it and tried it now "

If you are reading through these reviews wondering if you should try this recipe, STOP NOW AND GET TO COOKING!!! This is an amazing recipe and I am a God amongst my family when it comes to Burgers. It may be tempting to buy a package of frozen patties because it saves so much time, but the effort in these bad boys is definitely worth it!!!

This recipe is beyond epic!!! I LOVE this recipe, but I can report that I have tried this recipe on many many of my family members and friends and they are all emailing me the next day asking for the recipe!

The O-N-L-Y change I make is that I cut the sriracha down a little in the mayo recipe! But that is just personal taste,...

Possibly the best recipe on Food Network! This is AMAZING. My Dad and I make the recipe, I do a BBQ sauce (it is the sweet one listed in these comments), and my Mom makes beans. It is out of this world!!! Whenever my friends hear that we are having this they come running (I am not joking here!) It is worth any and all effort. BEST RECIPE ON "

FANTASTIC!!!!! Took only 4 1/2 hours for me. The pork just fell apart, the flavor was complex but still married very well! My roommate and I were blown away. I would change nothing ... I'm not sure the issue others had with the cinnamon stick, but I would not take it out. Just follow the recipe, they know what they are doing and tonight was ...

Amazing! As a good gay friend I made it for my friends wedding shower! All the ladies LOVED it. A perfect appetizer because it is light and dainty but still has some substance. They were devoured! ""

Third year in a row I have used this recipe. Perfection!!! I let it roast for about 10 more minutes after it hits 161 for a little insurance. The brine allows for this extra cooking time and it stays juicy. Love Love Love! Thank you Alton for making me the Turkey king in our household :)""

YES YES YES YES YES!!
I was debating following the recipe because a few suggested suggestions, some of them seeming to contradict each other "too soupy, let it cook down more" while others said "there was very little sauce! Completely cover while it simmers"
Here is the best suggestion, try it as is first (I'm sure Tyler has ran...

Top 5 recipe on this website! It is SO easy and it tasetes SO complicated. It is perfect, change nothing!!
Spend 2 bucks more on a real good spaghetti and make sure that it is slightly undercooked when you add it to the sauce/clam mixture so that it soaks up all the delicious flavors!
