Reviewed Caramel Apple Cake

To reduce the cooking time you might want to pre cook the apples. I cooked it for the recommended time and the apples were not cooked.The cake batter was raw in the center, but everyone liked the taste. A lot of work for a half cooked cake, I will have to have a lot of energy to re-do this one.
