Reviewed Flour's Famous Banana Bread
"I like this recipe a lot! The best part is that it's delicious as is, or this recipe is super easy to make healthier. Made healthier I entirely substituted with whole wheat flour, natural applesauce for all of the oil, and cut back the sugar to 3/4 cup. It was honestly just as tasty and I felt better eating it for breakfast!
Reviewed Tomato, Mozzarella and Basil Bruschetta
"Having a fondue night and wanted to make a little something for the side. Whipped this up in advance so that all the flavors can meld and of course had to try it... it is soooo so good people!! Since I don't have a food processor (college student, I only have the essentials) and I like a chunky bruschetta, I bought canned petite diced tomatoes and strained them well. I fine chopped the basil and used a press for the garlic. Mixed it up with the olive oil and it was as easy as that. Like other reviewers, I bet a splash of balsamic vin would be great too but it's delicious without it!
