Sorry to be negative. I tried this out of curiosity, and it definitely was missed alot with a egg/milk bath and any seasoning in the flour. Also, 15 minutes covered at 375 burnt the flour. Brown the chicken on all sides, then turn the heat down and cover works much better. "

Ok...where did I mess this up. I used an electric deep fryer rather than a dutch oven. The breading didn't brown up and didn't stick to the fish. Any thoughts?
