Amazingly delicious! At the end, I used my immersion blender and did a "rough blend" to get the consistency more like what is pictured. I'm excited to have the leftovers tomorrow after the flavors have melded together!"

Terrible! I wasted $5 worth of organic eggs on these instructions! I did EXACTLY as instructed (and I can manage complex recipes, I'm not a novice cook.... I just couldn't remember how to hard-boil eggs!) and they were so underdone I had to throw away the entire dozen. Not a happy camper."

The low ratings from the sarcastic reviews really undermine the flavor of this dish. If you watched the show, you would realize that it was intended to be an easy side dish idea for the more complex main dish (wonton soup). This is not a side I would have thought up on my own since it's not in my typical cuisine that I cook. However, it was tasty...
